  • What size are your trash bins?

    Our standard trash bins are 96 gallons. If you've been looking for a reliable weekly trash pickup service, call us today!

  • When will my bin be delivered?

    Your bin will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours after you sign up for trash pickup service.

  • What time will my trash be picked up?

    We do not guarantee a specific pickup time, as pickup times may vary from week to week.


    Please ensure that your bin is placed at the curb or designated trash pickup location by 6:00 AM on your scheduled collection day.

  • When is my bill due?

    Monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month.

  • When are late fees charged?

    We operate on a seven-, 14-, and 21-day payment cycle: At seven days past due, a late fee is applied. At 14 days past due, service is temporarily paused. At 21 days past due, service is canceled.

    Yes, we work with homeowners associations and offer special rates for HOA communities. Please contact us for more information and pricing for our weekly trash pickup service.

  • What items are not accepted in the bins?

    For safety and disposal regulations, we cannot accept the following items in our trash pickup services: antifreeze, asbestos, construction materials, chemicals or hazardous materials, paint, batteries, trees or tree stumps, and dirt or soil. If you're uncertain whether an item is acceptable, please contact us before placing it in the bin.
