Deven Ruiz

Deven Ruiz is the founder, owner, and driving force behind Rescue Disposal, a premier waste management and dumpster rental company built on service, integrity, and relentless dependability. As a former firefighter, Deven spent years serving his community in high-stakes environments where teamwork, rapid response, and unwavering reliability weren't just ideal—they were mandatory. Today, he brings that same mission-first mindset and dedication to the waste management industry, providing residential and commercial clients with efficient, hassle-free disposal solutions.

Under Deven’s leadership, Rescue Disposal has established itself as a trusted partner for homeowners, contractors, and local businesses alike. By pairing professional expertise with a firefighter's core values—duty, precision, and community support—Deven has built a business that delivers prompt, stress-free waste management services whenever and wherever they are needed most.

From First Responder to Waste Management Expert

Deven’s background as a firefighter profoundly shapes how Rescue Disposal operates every day. In emergency services, timing, clear communication, and attention to detail can make all the difference. Deven recognized that many traditional waste disposal and roll-off dumpster services fell short in these exact areas, often suffering from delayed deliveries, hidden fees, and poor customer support.

Determined to set a higher standard, Deven transitioned his passion for public service into the waste management sector. He applied the operational discipline, logistical planning, and problem-solving skills honed during his firefighting career to streamline dumpster rentals and debris removal. The result is a firefighter-owned business structured around punctual delivery, transparent pricing, and total accountability.

Comprehensive Expertise in Waste Management

Deven’s expertise in modern waste management spans a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial application needs. Whether managing routine waste removal, supporting major home renovation cleanouts, or coordinating large-scale construction site debris hauling, Deven ensures that every job is executed safely, cleanly, and on schedule.

He understands that efficient waste disposal is vital for project efficiency, job site safety, and environmental responsibility. By staying ahead of industry best practices, local disposal regulations, and eco-friendly recycling protocols, Deven helps clients minimize their environmental footprint while keeping their job sites clear and compliant.

A Firefighter-Owned Commitment to the Community

Being a firefighter-owned business is more than just a title for Rescue Disposal—it is the company's core identity. Deven believes in giving back to the community that supported him during his time in the fire service. This commitment is reflected in every interaction, from providing respectful, upfront service to ensuring property is protected during container drop-offs and pick-ups.

Deven takes pride in fostering strong relationships with local homeowners, real estate agents, construction crews, and business owners. He views Rescue Disposal not merely as a service provider, but as an essential community utility dedicated to keeping neighborhoods clean, safe, and clutter-free.
